  • Damaged products received
  • Defective or faulty items
  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping Address If a return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
