Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic (US): 7-15 business days
- International: 10-25 business days

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.
International Orders & Customs For international shipments, please be aware that:
- Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- GLOWIST cannot predict or control these additional costs
- Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays
